Return and Refund policy :

• Once you have checked out and your order has been confirmed, you are not be able to make any changes to your order. Please make sure that everything is correct before clicking the confirm button. No refunds/exchanges will be allowed.
• Returns and exchange are only for products that are caused by obvious manufacturing defects only.
  
  
• Return must be done within 3 working days upon receiving your order and unworn, unwashed and unaltered.
  
  
• Personal wear like panties / socks / accessories are strictly not accept for return / exchange / refund.
  
  
• All return shipping fees will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to incorrect or defective item. A processing fee of RM9 (WM) & RM15 (EM)
  
  
• Surprise bag / sale / promotion items are strictly non exchangeable/ returnable/ refundable.
  
  
• Refund would only be done as store credit voucher,credit voucher able to use within 180days only ,
  strictly no cash refund is allowed
  
  
• We are not liable for any missing/lost returns sent via non-trackable shipping.
  
  
• We reserve the right to refuse any returns or exchanges deemed inappropriate.
  
  
• You are responsible for the item until it reaches us and kindly retain all proof of mailing until an acknowledgement has been sent.
  
  
• Item should only be returned via courier and tracking number must be provided.
• We make the effort to display as accurately as possible of the colours of our products that appear on the website. Do give allowance to some differences in colours/shades due to lightings. The actual colours you see will also depend on your monitor; hence they may slightly differ from the product received.
  
  All the product measurement was measure in flat lay. However, due to batch production, please allow at least 1-2cm difference from the stated measurements.
